Sublimation works extremely well on any item that is 100% polyester and as is the case with any performance fabrics that wick away moisture from the garment, body odours, perfumes, deodorants and after-shaves are all removed after washing bringing
the garment back to ‘fresh’ time after time.
Private Label uses an anti-bacterial/anti-microbial treated  nano-silver solution
before the yarn is knitted into the various finishes.
Unlike other brands who ‘dip’ their fabric after it is knitted, yarn treated anti-bacterial/anti-microbial is effective for the life of the garment.
Dipped fabrics have a effective life expectancy of between 20-40 washes.

“Private Label” uses Premium anti-bacterial treated Moisture Removal Fabrics (8 types) to bring you high quality apparel for sports, corporate, promotional,
education, events and merchandise..

What are the printing differences between the brands?
Private Label uses imported Inks and Papers on a 6 Head CMYK Printer
(the other 2 Heads are Light Cyan and Light Magenta).
What this means this process uses Imported Inks and Paper which is more expensive than domestic China Inks and Papers but gives a fantastic finish,
including real life Pictures.
China Ink and China paper is generally used with China made CMYK 4 Head Printers.

Here’s an example………
This Polo was printed on a 6 Head Mimaki using our ‘Horizontal Fabric’.
You will note the clarity and realistic colours of the Picture, this is largely not achievable using
a 4 Head Machinery with China Inks and Papers.
Our 6 Head Private Label pricing compares very well with the less expensive 4 Head method
(FYI : these are real unfixed Pix).

The machinery used for Private Label are 6 Head Mimaki Dye Sublimation Printers and Rollers.
What this means is Mimaki uses Inks and Paper imported into China from Japan and Italy.
Fabrics available include Poly Pro, Eyelet Mesh, Mini-Pique, Horizontal Texture, Wide Eye Mesh, Chain Mesh, Birdseye Mesh and Interlock.
