CUTTER & BUCK : Where Mountains Meet Meetings

Born on Seattle’s working waterfront in 1990, Cutter & Buck was stitched together by Harvey Jones and Joey Rodolfo,  two blokes who’d had a gutful of foreign investors and decided to build something local, nimble, and unapologetically premium.
The name itself is a tribute to the region: “Cutter” for the sea, “Buck” for the mountains, a brand forged where nature doesn’t muck about.

Originally geared for golf pros and weekend warriors, Cutter & Buck quickly became the go-to for gear that could handle a boardroom pitch, a back-nine swing, and a cheeky schooner after knockoff.
Their threads are engineered for versatility: moisture-wicking, UPF-rated, stretch-friendly, and sharp enough to make your team look like they actually enjoy Monday mornings.

This isn’t your average corporate kit.
It’s gear that respects the grind, whether you’re wrangling spreadsheets, orgainising corporate gifts, or chasing down a client who still thinks fax machines are cutting-edge.
Cutter & Buck brings polish without pretension, comfort without compromise, and just enough swagger to make your logo look legendary.

So if your crew’s ready to ditch the limp collars and polyester relics, this is your upgrade.

Since its launch, Syzmik’s carved out a reputation for gear that doesn’t just meet safety standards — it bulldozes past them.

From flame-resistant overalls to hi-vis polos with UPF 50+ protection, Syzmik’s range is built to handle everything from welding sparks to warehouse spills.

And it’s not just about durability — it’s about comfort that lasts.
Reinforced seams, breathable mesh zones, and modern fits mean your crew can move freely without looking like they’ve borrowed gear from the 90s.
Whether it’s Streetworx pants with triple-stitched gussets or ultralight waterproof jackets that laugh in the face of sideways rain, Syzmik delivers gear that works as hard as your team.

So if your brand’s ready to ditch the saggy sleeves and polyester relics, Syzmik’s your upgrade — industrial-grade apparel with streetwise style and serious backbone.

Since the launch of Syzmik Workwear, workplaces have been enjoying the comfort and durability of their new Syzmik™ clothing, trusting the range to keep them safe, warm and dry as they work hard to make their living.

Under development and continuous strict testing for safety compliance, durability and comfort the SYZMIK™ range of workwear has been developed to meet the needs of hardworking men and women in the workplace across a variety of industries.

It will continue to grow as Syzmik™ develop more quality products using innovative fabric technologies which undergo stringent testing to ensure reliability to those whose lives depend on it.
Traditional cool work wear has used lightweight cotton drill to help provide a heat stress solution but the issue with this solution is that the base garments and fabric are essentially the same as traditional workwear so there is only minimal additional cooling achieved.
The other major limitation of traditional cool workwear options is the loss in strength and durability from using a lighter weight fabric…… Syzmik™

Hi Viz Standards

1906.4.2010
This standard explains the use of hi-visibility fabrics and retroreflective materials.
It specifies the chromaticity levels to which fabrics need to be dyed in terms of performance and atmospheric pressures in order to comply safety standards.
Natural fibre garments have a lower chromaticity level due to the nature of the fabric.
However, only when a polyester garment is deemed a risk to the wearer in certain applications, should cotton or wool be worn in its place.
Class F = Daytime fluorescent
Class R = Retroreflective material
Class RF = Retroreflective and fluorescent
Class NF = High daytime visibility NON Fluorescent

4602.1.2011
This standard refers to how a garment is constructed using fabrics compliant to 1906.4 above.
There has to be over 0.2m2 of unbroken fluoro fabric on both the front and back of a garment in the upper torso (not including the sleeves).
The fluoro must not be broken with non fluoro fabric within the 0.2m2 area on both the front and back from the top of the shoulders to the waist.
It MUST encircle the body up to that measurement, so no full side panels up to armpit level are permitted.
This standard also explains the position of the retroreflective tapes on the garment and the width and quantity used.
These tapes should not detract from the 0.2m2 measurement required.
Class D = Daytime use
Class N = Night time use using retroreflective material
Class D/N = Day/night use

4399
This standard refers to the capability of a fabric to protect skin against solar ultra violet radiation (known as UPF = ultra violet protection factor).
This standard is an additional bonus to the garment rather than an essential requirement for hi-visibility standards but often specified from specific industry users.

Redland Cotton Tees

06/02/2020

Redland Tee: Built for Casual Comfort.

When it comes to heavyweight tees, the Redland Cotton Tee doesn’t muck about.
Clocking in at a solid 220 GSM, this shirt’s got the kind of structure that holds its shape through hard yakka, hot washes, and high-vis chaos.

It’s not just thick — it’s soft, breathable, and built for branding.
Whether you’re slapping on embroidery, BonzaXfers, the Redland’s smooth surface and generous sizing (XXS to 5XL) make it a dream for decorators.
And with colours ranging from classic navy to punchy purple, it’s got enough range to suit every crew from the warehouse to the weekend warriors.

What makes it a standout?
It’s the balance of durability and comfort.
You get the heft without the stiffness, the breathability without the shrinkage.
It’s the kind of tee that feels broken-in from day one, but still looks sharp after 50 wears.

So if your current blanks are flimsier than a servo sausage roll, it’s time to upgrade to Redland — the tee that works as hard as your brand does.
We Just Never Said G’day.”

Sportage

09/02/2020

For over 20 years, the Sportage brand has been built on it’s Mens and Ladies + Kids combed cotton selection.

View the Sportage Web Site >>

The Sportage’s Surf Tee is the laid-back legend of the blank tee world.
Made from 190 GSM combed cotton, this beauty is Bangladesh-built but Aussie-loved, offering a smooth surface that’s perfect for BonzaXfers, screen print, or embroidery — no puckering, no drama.

It’s got that hip-length, fitted cut that flatters without clinging, and the colour range? Massive.
From classic black and white to punchy pinks, emeralds, and sky blues, it’s a decorator’s dream and a merch maker’s playground.
Sizes run from XS to 5XL, so no one’s left out of the lineup.

What makes it famous? It’s the balance of affordability and printability.
You get retail-level finish without blowing the budget, and the combed cotton gives it that soft-hand feel that customers actually want to wear — not just stuff in a drawer.

So if your current blanks are more “meh” than merch, the Sportage Surf Tee is your ticket to clean prints, comfy fits, and a whole lotta colour.

sportage-mid-2

However, the backbone of the range is the Surf Tee, available in a ‘truck load’ of colours with the fine feel of the combed cotton which has been the basis of the Sportage range with it’s crossover appeal of 30 colours taking it to retail, branding, fashion, events and promotions.
There is also the Fashion Tee which comes in less colours but is a more fashionable slim fit cut Tee.
Combed Cotton is an excellent choice for garments as it is gentle against the skin because combed cotton is an extremely soft fabric made by specially treating the cotton fibres before they are spun into yarn.
Combed cotton is softer and prints better and that’s why Sportage uses combed cotton for tees and singlets because of the softness and strength of the fabric.
However, cotton which has not undergone the combing step tends to be more rough, not print as well and will be prone to more shrinkage. As a general rule, combed cotton garments globally are more expensive than conventional cotton but the Sportage range offers value for money with this extremely soft and strong material.
This is ideal for making the Sportage cotton range now with the introduction of new fashion styles in a retail weight combed cotton 150gm.

Sportage has added to the fashion styled range  with the Chillout Tees, a well priced Promotional Tee, the Action Tank which is a fashion influenced sleeveless long cut Tee, Mens & Ladies Scoop Neck Tees, both Mens and Ladies V Neck Tees and a Singlet all in 150gm.

Then there’s the well priced 185gm Event Tee which is modern, stylish and well constructed quality yet priced to suit.
As well, Sportage has a small range of 100% Cotton and Poly/Cotton Polos, Hoodies in both Kangaroo Pockets and with a full zip and  a small Hi-Viz range of day and day/night Polos, Cotton Drill day and day/night shirts as well as singlets, vests and winter wear. Sportage also carry a small range of Aprons for the hospitality/coffee shop, restaurant business.

Why not ask your Printer, he’ll become a fan if he isn’t one already.
Quick response is a feature of the Sportage brand so if you have an event, occasion, club requirement or retail promotion then don’t hesitate to contact your Decorator for competitive Indent Pricing, decorated off-shore for you.

BonzaXfers

BonzaXfers: Transfers That Stick the Landing

Born in the backroom and battle-tested across embroidery machines, heat presses, and sublimation chaos, BonzaXfers are the no-fuss, high-impact answer to dodgy print jobs and flaky vinyl. Designed for decorators who want crisp detail, bold colour, and zero drama, these transfers don’t just survive the wash — they thrive in it.

Whether you’re branding high end Puma, Cutter & Buck, Biz, Stencil, AS Colour, OC and Hydro Headwear,  tradie tees, sports kits, or cheeky merch runs, BonzaXfers deliver retail-grade finish with decorator-friendly flexibility.
They’re engineered to handle cotton, poly, blends, and even the occasional curveball fabric — all while keeping your press time tight and your results sharp.

And the name?
It’s a nod to the Aussie spirit — bold, practical, and built to go the distance.
While the airline may have nosedived, BonzaXfers are flying high in the garment game, proving that not all Bonzas are grounded.

So if your current transfers are cracking under pressure or ghosting your graphics, it’s time to switch to BonzaXfers — the transfer tech that actually gives a damn.

Here’s a brief explanation of how BonzXfers works.
Colours are digitally reproduced meaning one set up regardless of how many colours are in the design.
For example, a chest print and a back print are 2 Set Ups, so one Set Up, per Logo.
This is a new process that magically combines digital colours with a conventional screen printing- it’s a top secret process that offers unlimited colours.

Normal Screen Printing by hand or by machines has a set up for each colour whereas this is one set up for a ‘gazillion’ colours.

There are varying sizes available, here are the parameters you can work in:
50mm    X 50mm
100mm  X 100mm
150mm  X 150mm
200mm  X 200mm
250mm  X 250mm
480mm X 290mm

Local Label

14/02/2020

Local Sublimation (as opposed to off-shore) is done on the Gold Coast including sublimation on made up garments, caps, stubbie coolers, bar runners and banners.
Because Sublimation has no white ink, the best reproduction is on a white item, a garment, stubbie cooler, a trucker cap or tote bag, bar runners and even banners

The only drawback is that because of the process, seam to seam printing (like that done off-shore with panels printed before being made up) is not possible.
The Max area that we can print on apparel is 500mm X 400mm.
The advantage of Local Label is that we can do full colour artwork on Fronts and backs and Sleeves.

These are garments are great for uniforms, promotions, events and give sponsors full colour logos on not single colour black on white or white on black tees for example.
Turn around is within 10 working days so if you don’t have time to go off-shore, this is the best alternative and only low minimums!

Sublimation is the new frontier in decorated apparel and people who are not currently offering sublimation often ask why they need to add it to their decoration processes.
No one needs to add sublimation to their existing products and services and if you choose not to offer sublimation services, the world will not suddenly collapse on you.
The only bad thing is that someone else in your market will make a profit on sublimated goods and your business will not.
So, the question is not why you need to add sublimation but why you should want to add sublimation.
It’s a new profit maker and to stay profitable, businesses need diversity and while there are businesses that make a living with one process, most businesses these days offer a variety of decoration techniques.
Sublimation is just another method in your product arsenal and invites new products.
There are a wide variety of dye sublimation services and markets to sell those goods and it gives your business the ability to gain add-on sales.
It doesn’t cost much, comparatively.

If you need to be put in contact with your local decorator, just drop us a line and we’ll put you in touch with the closest Industry Professional in your area for this range of Dye Sublimated apparel.
